This is a great way for those 21 and over to try 4 wines from James Arthur Vineyards, a Nebraska vineyard, paired with heavy hors d’oeuvres specially created by Noonan’s Event Center. Meet the Wines and the Food
* Edelweiss, a semi-sweet white, will be paired with Cheese, Crackers, and Fruit
* Nebraska Red, dry red with medium bodies will be paired with Seared Steak, Fingerling Potatoes, Brussel Sprouts with Nebraska Red Peppercorn Sauce
* Nebraska White, a light and crisp wine, will be paired with Mahi Mahi, Grilled Asparagus, Arugula Salad and a Bur Blanc Sauce
* Tropasti, a port like wine, will be paired with Bread Pudding with a Peach Compote Sauce
