The Coloradans for Nebraska scholarship application for Colorado High School Graduates attending the University of Nebraska for 2014 / 2015 school year is now online. The deadline to submit a fully completed application is Saturday, March 1, 2014 by 5:00 p.m. to Coloradans for Nebraska. For this scholarship, there will be 15 $1500 scholarships offered to Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors attending UNL, or all grade levels for UNK / UNO. The scholarship committee will review all fully completed applications received, and will award points for each section of the application based on a rubric. This helps to ensure each area of the application is reviewed and scholarships are awarded on objective items.
Incoming Freshman to UNL for 2014 / 2015 are eligible for the Coloradans for Nebraska Legends Scholarship which is selected by the Admissions Department. The Legends Scholarship is a $2000 award. Coloradans for Nebraska is sponsoring 12 of these scholarships.
