Join Coloradans for Nebraska for our 3rd Annual Wine Tasting with James Arthur Vineyards of Raymond, Nebraska on Friday, February 20, 2015. This event will begin at 7:00 p.m. at Noonan’s Event Center at 13521 E. Iliff Ave. in Aurora. The wines will be paired with heavy hors d’oeuvres.
*The Edelweiss, a semi-sweet white, will be paired with Chèvre (goat cheese) and berries with a honey drizzle.
*The Nebraska Red, dry red with medium bodies, will be paired with rare sirloin crostini with caramelized onions, blue cheese crumbles and Nebraska Red Wine reduction.
*The Nebraska White, a light and crisp wine, will be paired with tilapia en papillote with shallots served on top of Nebraska White Wine and parmesan risotto.
*The Aura, a sweeter white port like wine, will be paired with french vanilla creme brûlée.
Pricing for this event is $30 per Coloradans for Nebraska member or $40 for non member. Registration ends February 13, 2015 to provide accurate counts for wine, food, and keepsake. REGISTER TODAY!
