Join Coloradans for Nebraska for our 7th Annual Wine Tasting with James Arthur Vineyards of Raymond Nebraska on Friday, March 8, 2019. This event will begin at 7:00 p.m. with doors opening at 6:30 at Noonan’s Event Center at 13521 E. Iliff Ave. in Aurora. The five (5) wines will each be paired with a separate heavy hors d’oeuvres.
First course will be Spiced Orange Spinach Salad with Goat Cheese and Candied Nuts which will be paired with Edyn’s Blush.
Second course will be Tortellini with a Pumpkin Cream Sauce which will be paired with Nebraska White.
The third course will be Braised Lamb with Spiced Wild Rice. This will be served with Chambourcin.
The fourth course will be a Chef Selected Artisan Cheese Course paired with Edelweiss.
The fifth and final course will be Pear Brulee Crumble and will be paired with Aura.
Slight adjustments may be made to the menu.
Tickets are $40 each for Coloradans for Nebraska Members and $50 for NonMembers. To register, please visit our EventBrite registration by March 1st.
Please note in your ticket order if there are any members of your group that has a food allergy or sensitivity so a specially made portion of the meal can be made for them. Every effort will be made to ensure cross contamination does not occur but we are unable to guarantee due to the nature of the working kitchen.
Proceeds from this event go towards the Coloradans for Nebraska Scholarship Fund which provides scholarships to Colorado High School Graduates that will be or are currently attending the University of Nebraska.
There will be a live auction during the event benefitting the Coloradans for Nebraska Scholarship Fund.
